Authentic organic
Organic food has an important role to play in our wellbeing as it provides more nutrients to keep us healthy and less toxins to interfere with our health. It is very important to understand the overall benefits to the environment of organic farming as well. Farmers who use artificial fertilizers and pesticides are polluting the watercourses in those areas and are negatively impacting the delicate balance of our eco-systems. With much research showing the adverse effects on health and the changes to the natural patterns and habitat of wildlife, we as consumers are becoming more aware of the hidden costs of so called cheap mass produced farming methods and goods.
